I love this photo. Yes. I am on the Chanel hype-wagon. But to say that it is well deserved is an understatement.
I just saw the film and it was wonderful. What made it so special is that I took my friend Natalie, who exudes so much of Chanel's charm, strength, style and strong opinions (which I love). This film will inspire a lot of young women to work hard for their dreams, and some will just get Daddy to buy them the Lagerfeld / Chanel inspired Tweed Helmet with iPod Pocket.
Either way, I don't think that even the mythomaniac Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel could have anticipated how her legacy would persist so gracefully into the next millennium.
