My friend Claire took me shopping the other day to help her decide which colour KitchenAid Stand Mixer she should get.
"KitchenAid ?" I asked "What's that? You mean like a mix-master...?" and she politely replied "yeah... kinda". But as soon as we walked into the kitchen shop I realised that no no no... this is nothing like a mix-master! It's a whole world of serious kitchen accessories that I have never even known about! I can't believe it! They come in the most gorgeous colours and will apparently last you forever.
"Incredibly versatile. More than a mixer. With all the available attachments, you can use it to make homemade pasta, stuff fresh sausage, whip up ice cream, and give fruit a squeeze. No wonder generations of cooks have cherished theirs. Isn't it your turn?"
Yes KitchenAid. I do believe it is.
P.S Claire chose 'Pistachio', but I love 'Ice' blue.

OMG, i want one of those! Aren't they like SUPER expensive tho?
Yep they're about $450. But like I said, they are quality and apparently last forever. Not for the faint hearted baker ;o)
I have a black one....chicken out as far as color, since every few years I change color preference. Kitchen Aid has lots of models...mine was right around $200.00, and looks fantastic in my kitchen!!!!! go for it...get one!
